Return Policy: We will honor return request if the claim is made within 2 days of the gifts being received, and the original gift is shipped back to the wholesaler as directed for inspection. A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within 20 days after receipt of returned product. All damage or discrepancies claims must be made within 2 days of the gifts being received. Credit or refunds will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. All claims must be filed in writing or e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.
For returns caused by delivery attempts to bad addresses, shipments refused by the recipient, or that are undeliverable for any reason other than errors attributed to us, there will be a $20.00 minimum charge per order deducted from the refund credit.
Frequent Buyer's Discount: We offer frequent buyer's discount of 5% to our customers who have accumulated purchases of $2000.00. Please register for this discount with your first purchase, and we will send you the coupon code by e-mail once your cumulative purchases reach $2000.00.
Food Allergy Warning: While our suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your gift, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products. If your potential recipient or others that might consume the gifts are highly allergic to common food products, for their safety, we highly recommend that you order one of our non-food gifts.
