The standard shipping method for gift baskets is UPS ground shipping, which takes 4 - 5 business days plus shipping day for delivery. For personalized gifts, please allow 2- 4 days for personalization before shipping.
Gifts shipped by 2 business day and next business day shipping methods are shipped the next business day after the order form is submitted. Gifts shipped by the Next Business Day method are delivered in 2 business days (1 day in air transport plus shipping day) after the day order is received. Gifts shipped by 2 Business Day method are delivered in 3 business days (2 days in air transport plus shipping day) after the day order is received. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days.
Ground Shipping cost is based on weight. For most gifts, the cost is $15.00 per item. For mulitple gifts, total shipping cost will be the sum of shipping costs for individual gifts:
For standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii (5 - 7 days plus shipping day), add $16.00 to the standard ground shipping rate. For expedited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, add $25.00 to next day air shipping price.
Fees for 2 Business Day and Next Business Day shipping are based on box dimensional weight. Ground shipping is not available for some products, as indicated in their product descriptions.
Fresh flowers are shipped only via next business day delivery.

Canadian Shipment:
Some of our products can be shipped to Canada via USPS. Shipments take one extra day to ship out. However, there will be no loss or damage claims or late delivery refunds offered or honored on these shipments under any circumstances. Please contact us to see if your gift can be shipped to Canada before selecting this shipping method.
APO/FPO Shipment:
We ship care packages, military care packages, and most meat and cheese gifts to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. The shipping and handling fee is $23.95 per item.
When entering order form for APO/FPO addresses, enter APO or FPO in the City field, and select AE, AA, or AP in the state field.
All APO, FPO shipment take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition, there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances for these shipments.
INCORRECT ADDRESS FEES:
Please make sure shipping address is entered correctly in your order form. A re-routing fee of $12.50 will be charged by UPS to ship to the corrected address.
When a package has to be returned to supplier because of incorrect address, shipping fee charged by UPS for delivery is non-refundable. In addition, return service fee of $12.50 will be charged. In addition, You will be billed 20% of price of product for re-packaging. Our suppliers have to throw the food out and reassemble, and repack. Fruit baskets, cookie bouquets, and specialty cookies and fortune cookies have to be all thrown out and do not receive any refund when they are returned due to incorrect address or the recipient refusing the items.
For packages that UPS re-ship after address correction, UPS will charge reship fee. You will be billed reship fee charged by UPS plus credit card processing fee.
Re-Ship:
If you wish to re-ship with the correct address after the product is sent back to our supplier, you will have to pay for UPS return service fee, 20% repackage fee, plus new shipping fee.
If you decide not to reship the gift, then your refund will be the amount you paid for the gift (without the shipping fee as it is charged already by UPS), subtract UPS return service fee and subtract 20% re-packaging fee.
Claims & Return:
There will be no discount or refund on the gift itself when delivered late and a gift may not be returned due to a late delivery. There may be a partial shipping refund based on the circumstances.
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 2 days of the gift being received. All damage claims have to be verified by the carrier.
If a gift is simply not wanted, the customer should contact us upon receiving the gift and ship back to the provided address at his/her own expense within 2 days of being delivered. A partial refund on the merchandise amount only will be offered, Original shipping is not refunded. The refund is based on the gifts perish ability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened, untampered with and shipped back within 2 days of being received.
We reserve the right to decline to ship your order, and you will be refunded in full.
